We believe building a new home is a collaborative process, so we encourage you to arrange a personal meeting with us to discuss your ideas.In that first meeting we will discuss the following points;
- Gain an understanding of what it is you want included in your new home
- Explain the Target Homes WA process (From the first design brief meeting through to handing over your keys and you moving in, plus what happens with routine maintenance)
- Answer any further questions you may have.
- If we all agree that we’re a good fit to begin working with each other, we’ll progress to the Design Brief Meeting

- Duration 45 mins -> 1 hour
- Go through a thorough questionnaire with you to capture all the specifics of your new design
- Discuss any budget constraints to ensure you’re getting your home for the right price
What happens next…
We create your concept sketch to suit the design brief we have developed with you. This is where ideas transform into a real, working plan.
We then perform pricing to ensure the plan we propose fits your budget and specification requirements.
Once all that is complete, we’re ready to present that information to you.
From there, we make any further amendments you request and once you’re 100% happy, we being the building application process.
As soon as all the applications and relevant documentation is completed, you’ll be ready to start building!
We prepare a final gantt chart for you so you can track all the activity from siteworks through to handover – giving you peace of mind that your home will be built professionally and on schedule.
